As you may already know, the term "uchi deshi" is used to refer to students who, for a time, live in the dōjō or are exclusively focused on learning. What you learn at this time, is perfectly applicable and adaptable to any system, because mainly it is about physical principles, biomechanics and of course, the transmission of the philosophy and the warrior tradition of Ryukyu.

A complete program that includes the study of Kata, different Undo (exercises and complementary devices), Kihon (concepts), Waza (technique), different forms of Kumite (combat), Kobujutsu (weapons), Reigi saho (label) , Rekishi (history) and of course Tetsugaku and Kagaku (philosophy and science).
